Brief Biography for Kelsey B. Cooper

Kelsey B. Cooper is an associate attorney with California Estate Planning Services, PC, where her practice focuses on probate, estate planning, trust administration, and trust and estate litigation.

Before becoming an attorney, Ms. Cooper spent six years working as a paralegal specializing in trusts and estates, including four years operating her own independent paralegal business serving law firms throughout California. This experience provided her with extensive practical knowledge in probate proceedings, trust administrations, estate planning, fiduciary accountings, discovery, and trust and estate litigation support before entering practice as an attorney.
